The Institutional board groups together all the main subjects involved in the process of digital competitive transformation of the Bellunese manufacturers and public administrations.
The board is an expression of a profitable synergy between public and private individuals, and operates with the aim of guiding and supporting the territory along an innovation and digitalization pathway, giving substance to the principles indicated at a national level by the Digital Agenda.
The Institutional board – on which the following sit together: the Province of Belluno, Consortium of Municipalities BIM Piave, Confindustria Belluno Dolomiti, Municipality of Feltre, University of Trento, Institute of Higher Education Negrelli Forcellini and Polo di Feltre – has identified the Digital Innovation Hub as the Centre of Excellence for Innovation. From here, the organisation and dissemination of the technological and entrepreneurial culture related to the themes of Industria 4.0 begins.
Memorandum of Understanding
The Memorandum of Understanding for the digital competitive transformation of the Province of Belluno was signed on February 20, 2017 by all of the bodies involved.
Objectives
By signing the Memorandum of Understanding, the 7 bodies involved have committed themselves to activating specific forms of collaboration, defined and regulated by successive agreements, to form a Digital Innovation Hub of reference for the Province of Belluno. The objectives are:
- to activate, across the territory of Belluno, actions and initiatives aimed at the competitive digital transformation of local businesses and public administrations
- to promote the creation of an “innovations ecosystem”, oriented towards setting up new business initiatives and technological start-ups in primis.
